Vodka Tasting
Are you looking to learn more about vodka or want to host a fun event for your friends? Sign-up for one of our popular vodka tastings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Sub Zero will choose a few vodkas to fit your specifications from our grand selection. Examples of tastings include the following but are not limited to: regional/ county theme (most popular), grain theme, or flavored theme.

Sushi School
Sub Zero sushi school is taught by the head sushi chef, Vu Hoang. Vu will teach you and your classmates the history and basics of sushi making. You’ll learn how to make you own sushi rice, how to prepare the fish and sushi etiquette. Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy house sake and wine, while you enjoy the sushi roll you just learned how to make! You will leave the class with a full stomach and full of inspiration after you sample different sashimi, makimono and edamame.
