Starting March 5, brunch will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sub Zero Vodka Bar in the Central West End. The centerpiece of the menu will be an unlimited fresh sushi buffet filled with sushi rolls, nigiri, house-made breads and fresh fruit. Guests can also choose from a menu of featured entrees, egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, salads, and sandwiches. There will be plenty of brunch cocktails to choose from including signature screwdrivers, bloody marys, and champagne cocktails.
“We are excited to launch our favorite meal of the day at Sub Zero Vodka Bar,” says Gamlin Restaurant Group Proprietor Lucas Gamlin. “The menu will offer a new twist on some traditional favorites with items like Kobe Beef Biscuits and Gravy, Crab Cake Benedict and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes, while the buffet will include a mix of our tremendously popular sushi.”
“Based on the success at Gamlin Whiskey House we knew there was still a need for more brunch options in the neighborhood, and at Sub Zero Vodka Bar we have the chance to offer some unique menu items that guests can’t find anywhere else,” says Derek Gamlin, Gamlin Restaurant Group proprietor. Gamlin Restaurant Group launched brunch at Gamlin Whiskey House in 2014.
The Sub Zero Vodka Bar sushi buffet will be available for $25, or added to an entrée for $12. Brunch menu items range from $9-$18. Sub Zero Vodka Bar, which has the country’s largest selection of vodka, is located at 308 N. Euclid Ave., St. Louis, Missouri, 63108. Reservations are available here.
